Nice new deli in Rancho shopping center serves the standard Erik's quality foods. Bathroom could use spot check for paper etc. Good soups.

They have just remodeled Eric's but it is in the same location. I don't understand why they waste money putting a new face on the same thing but I guess it attracts customers. To me it's just a waste of money that could be used for other things. I've always liked Eric and the sandwiches have always been good there. However my favorite in Santa Cruz County is the deli in Ben Lomond supermarket. But for a good, healthy sandwich Eric's is a good place to go.

Had the raging bull sandwich, delicious. This particular location is a little out of the way.

Easily one of my favorite place to eat. We grew up every summer coming out to Aptos to visit my grandma and this was always one of the places we hit every time and multiple times during each trip. Best sandwiches ive had and i love their secret goo sauce!

Maybe I shouldn't have ordered the tuna sandwich but it was probably the worst tuna sandwich I've ever had and for dropping 20 dollars on a sandwich and some chips I will not be returning. Service was spectacular food sub par at best

Always a pleasant experience with the friendly and professional staff. I had the Club Dub and it was very satisfying.

Had a great sandwich. Awesome decor, the historic pictures of the aptos area made me take my time and enjoy the experience. Other people probably agree. The line was out the door before I was done eating. BTW, I don't give 5 star unless it was truly a good time.

The new owners are great. You would hardly know they were closed. Food was great too.

Eric's has good sandwiches. I love the Del Monte Special. I like their breads. I particularly like the sprouts! Nice employees and they don't take long making my sandwich. They also have Dr. Pepper which is my drink😁

I've been having lunch at Erik's since the 70's. Some good things stay the same even when the world keeps getting meaner, more expensive, and shallow. Erik's is partially hidden in the shopping center remodel, but it's worth the exploration.

Clean, newly remodeled, extremely friendly and helpful staff...good quality Erik's traditional food...so glad to have them back.

On my way through the area I stopped by for lunch. Thought it might be a more artisan sandwich shop based on some of the sandwich photos. Upon entering and looking at the menu, it's more of a mix, with sandwich, soup and salads. There isn't too much variety in their sandwiches compared to some other shops. The Dub Sub was good with a healthy portion of meat and produce. It just wasn't anything special unfortunately.

I've been eating at Erik's for 30+ years. I still like it and eat there often. How they managed to maintain their excellent quality over so many years is impressive.

My favorite sandwich at any Erik's Deli is the Farmer's Market, but this location seems to make them exceptionally well.

New owners are fabulous! The new store is beautiful and very well organized, clean and spacious. The employees seemed upbeat and the sandwiches are wonderful. I'll be in here frequently as my work is one block away! I'm so glad you guys are back open!

The new owner Carlos is a wonderful man. He is so humble and wants to get to know his customer's by name. His portion size is larger than most Erik Deli's that I have been to. He even knows how to make the old cruzen club sandwich. I'm very excited to have finally found an excellent sandwich maker who knows his stuff. I have been going to this Erik's Deli since I was a freshman at Atos High back in 1977.

It's an Erik's.... The sandwiches are okay, soup is very good. There are better, local, places to go if you want a sandwich. Although Erik's is definitely good if it's the only one around.

One of the first Erik's Delis. This place makes great sandwiches and has that old school farm house style to it. Complete with a cast iron oven on display. Enjoy it while you can, Safeway Corp is slowly buying up the entire shopping center so that it can tear everything down and build a Mega-Safeway.
